Head of 3D Design and Embedded Programmers

A US media company set a non-standard task: to simultaneously find a Head of 3D Design with a TV background and two embedded programmers to develop software for TV set-top boxes.

Challenges
There are very few specialized professionals with the required experience on the open market, and the deadlines were tight. An Executive Search approach, involving poaching top talent, was necessary.
Solution
We focused on targeted analytics and networking. We identified a donor company and, through personal contacts, reached out to a sitting Head of 3D Design at a major federal TV channel. He was intrigued by the international project and the opportunity to influence the final product. In the end, he didn't come alone but brought his entire team of designers. In parallel, we searched for programmers through social networks and referrals, conducting in-depth technical interviews and assessing their fit with the company's cultural code.
Result
The entire process took less than a month. The client didn't just get employees; they got a ready-made team of professionals: a manager with his designers and two embedded programmers.
