Senior Data Engineer (Python) for an Advertising Platform

A multisource advertising platform for advertisers and affiliates tasked us with finding a Senior Data Engineer with strong Python skills.

The situation mirrored the market trend: the client had been unsuccessfully searching for a specialist on their own. The project was urgent, competition for talent was high, and suitable candidates were either not publicly available or completely satisfied with their current jobs.

We held a joint session with the client to create a precise job profile and analyzed the market to find companies with relevant requirements. To reach passive candidates, we utilized all possible sources, approaching targets under a narrative and professionally assessing their level. Throughout the process, we maintained close feedback with the client, which allowed us to adjust our approach and jointly optimize the selection procedure to make the vacancy more attractive.

Motivational interviews were conducted with the finalists. A total of around 60 candidates were reviewed. The vacancy was closed.
